Registration Steps

There are three steps you must take to register for the Urban Ecology and Conservation Symposium:

Affiliations will appear on nametags as entered. Please keep them short.

Contact information will only be used for UERC to communicate directly with you. It will not be available on the UERC website.

A limited number of fee waivers are offered, in exchange for volunteer time, for those in financial need. Fee waiver requests must be made in writing by January 8, 2010 in order to be considered.

Please note: meals will no longer be included along with registration.

Also, we are unable to accomodate additional volunteers.

Fee & Payment

The registration fee is $30 ($15 for students, $20 for NWSA members). Registration will be accepted on the day of the event, but prior registration is encouraged. Fees include lunch for those who register by January 8, 2010.

Once you submit an online form, you will be given a form with a unique number. To finalize your registration please send payment, along with the printed page to:

The UERC can accept check, money order, or purchase order (sorry, no credit cards). Payments may be combined, but please clearly identify which registrants the payment covers (with names and unique numbers). Make payment out to Portland State University. Students, please provide proof of your status.
