2019 First Friday Lunch ‘n Learn speaker series schedule The “First Friday” lunch-and-learn series features topics that Urban Ecology and Conservation Symposium attendees indicated they most wanted to learn more about. Unless otherwise noted, First Friday talks are held from 12:15-1 p.m. at Metro (600 NE Grand Ave., Portland) and generally involve a 30 minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A/discussion.
