What we’re looking for in an abstract
UERC invites you to submit an abstract in relevant fields including biological, chemical, physical and social sciences, land use planning, habitat management, restoration, community science, and environmental education in the Portland and Vancouver metro area. For the 2027 Symposium, we encourage abstracts on the theme of Indigenous Stewardship and Non-Western Approaches. Abstracts should focus on reporting results, providing information about resources and opportunities, and sharing lessons learned. Don’t be afraid to share what you’ve learned from your failures, too.
